Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat to 175°C and grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, Maiva Protein Powder, baking powder, and coconut sugar.
  3. Prepare wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and (optional) vanilla extract.
  4. Combine and fold: Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently until smooth. Add (optional) chopped almonds for crunch.
  5. Bake: Transfer batter to the loaf pan and bake 35–40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve: Let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing — soft, fragrant, and protein-packed.
