Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, Maiva Protein Powder, and salt (optional).
  2. Add water gradually: Pour in warm water and knead gently until soft, smooth dough forms. Add a touch of oil at the end to make it supple.
  3. Rest and roll: Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 10 minutes. Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles.
  4. Cook: Heat a tawa and cook each roti for 30–40 seconds on each side, brushing lightly with ghee or oil if desired.
  5. Serve warm: Perfect alongside curries, dal, or sabzi — with added protein and no change in taste.
