Instructions
- Whisk the base: In a bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, Maiva Protein Powder, turmeric, and water. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Cook the mixture: Pour into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring continuously for 6–8 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Prepare tempering: In a small pan, heat ghee or oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, curry leaves, and (optional) ginger-chilli paste.
- Combine and finish: Pour the tempering over the kadhi, stir well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot: Perfect with steamed rice or millets for a comforting, high-protein Indian meal.
