Ingredients

Maiva Strawberry protein drink 2 scoops 60 g
Rolled oats 1 cup 90 g
Almond butter ½ cup 130 g
Dates (pitted) ½ cup 80 g
Shredded coconut (optional) 2 tbsp 20 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare dates: Soak pitted dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then drain and finely chop.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine Maiva Strawberry protein powder and rolled oats. Mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Add almond butter and chopped dates to the dry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture holds together.
  4. Form balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes before rolling.
  5. Coat (optional): Roll the balls in shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture, if desired.
  6. Chill: Place energy balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Store and serve: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
