Instructions

  1. Roast oats: Dry roast oats in a pan for 2–3 minutes until slightly golden; remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare tempering: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add vegetables: Stir in chopped veggies and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cook and mix: Add roasted oats, salt, and water. Simmer until oats are soft. Stir in Maiva Protein Powder and mix well.
  5. Garnish and serve: Finish with (optional) lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve warm.
